Wilderness  Quests

Wilderness Quests (also referred to as Vision Quests or Wilderness Rites of Passage) give someone space from their daily life to reflect on themselves, their relationships, and the world. People come on quests for all different reasons whether it be self, relationship, or career challenges. You may not even have any challenges and decide to come on a quest for the inspiration, empowerment and camaraderie that the experience provides. The beginning and end of a quest are shared group experiences while the three days in the middle are solo time spent fasting in the wilderness. No prior outdoor or fasting experience is required. I will be leading week-long wilderness quests at a New England Retreat Center starting in 2022. One will be in the spring and the other in the fall. Food and lodging will be provided on the non-solo days. I am a certified Wilderness First Responder and will be attending a Vision Quest Facilitator Training by The School of Lost Borders in 2021.
